Barber took home her win in the next bout against Miranda Maverick at UFC on ESPN: Sandhagen vs. Dillashaw via split decision. For UFC Fight Night 205 on 23 April 2022, Barber fought against Montana De La Rosa and was victorious via unanimous decision. Barber was later promoted to replace Casey O'Neill and fight Jessica Eye at UFC 276 in July 2022. The match was also decided in a unanimous vote. It was also the last fight of Barber's deal with UFC. Barber resigned her contract in the following year. Barber beat Andrea Lee via a unanimous decision on the 25th of March, 2023, at UFC Fight Night Vera Vs. Sandhagen.
